ALL LIFETIME MEMBER PURCHASES WILL BE VALIDATED UPON PURCHASE.

IF A NON-MEMBER PURCHASES A LIFETIME SEASON PASS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PURCHASE THE NON-MEMBER PASS AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE OR THE TRANSACTION WILL BE VOIDED.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING ELIGIBILITY FOR SEASON PASSES:

- EACH PAID LIFETIME MEMBER IS ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE UP TO 4 SEASON PASSES.

- SPOUSE MEMBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PURCHASE SEASON PASSES.

- ANY ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE SEASON PASSES BY SPOUSE MEMBERS OR ANY DUPLICATE PURCHASES BY LIFETIME MEMBERS WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE PURCHASE AND A REFUND DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE.

• Please note that cars are parked at the owner's own risk. 
• We encourage car sharing whenever possible. 
• If you are being picked up or using Uber services, please ensure that the pickup is scheduled for no later than 11:30. 
• It is essential to dress appropriately for the Navratri festival. 
• Random security checks may be conducted for the safety and security of all attendees.  
• No METAL dandiyas or FOOD allowed in the Event Zone.
• Please note that tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Please cooperate with our volunteers and follow their instructions. Kindly note that pets are not allowed at this event.
